1. General Information - These conditions of use regulate access and use of the website hosted under the domain name www.eddioslo.com and under any of the subdomains dependent web pages of the same, as well as the content and services that the owner of the website makes available to its users and established together with the privacy and cookies policy, relating to the management of personal data of the users, the terms and conditions by which the website is governed.

 

2. Purchase of order - Your booking is binding once the order is recorded in our system (server/computer). You still have the right to withdraw from the purchase as long as it is in accordance with your customer rights falling under the cooling-off period. Once EDDI receives your order, the order will be confirmed to you via email. Please make sure to check this order confirmation carefully, and report back any undesired discrepancies to EDDI OSLO AS, which can be done through our contact form. If the product is sold out, we reserve the right to cancel the order or part thereof, and we will notify the customer with the appropriate communication. You will have the opportunity to accept our new offer with the changes we enter in relation to your order – or cancel the order.

 

3. Payments - When booking your order on the seller's website, through bank or credit card, the final complete order price will be visible, and your card will be charged when the goods are shipped from our store. 

 

4. Delivery - Products will be delivered in the manner and at the place indicated on the order confirmation from the seller. The seller carries the product risk until your order has been received by you. Make sure to examine your delivery as soon as you receive it, to ensure the delivery is in accordance with your received order confirmation. For any discrepancies, defects or deficiencies after transport, please contact EDDI directly through our contact page. 

 

5. Returns / Right of withdrawal - In alignment with the 'cooling-off period', you have 14 days from the delivery date of your order to make an exchange or a return. The customer can request an exchange or a return of your jewel(s) if 1) the order is not what was expected, 2) the order is in poor condition, or 3) the order received is not in the correct size. The customer looses his/her right to exercise a return if not all of the below return conditions are met:

  • The product is undamaged,
  • The product is unused other than for the purpose of trying on for fit,
  • The product is complete including original packaging,
  • The period is within 14 days of receipt.

The return of the products has to be sent to address stated in the Return Form. The return from is required to be enclosed in any return, for EDDI OSLO AS to properly handle the return. Products that are returned later than 14 days will be sent back to the original shipping address. The return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. 

 

6. Prices & VAT - All prices visible on www.eddioslo.com are in NOK and include 25% Norwegian VAT, excluding shipping costs. The total cost of the purchase will appear before ordering and includes all expenses associated with the purchase, such as postage, freight, packaging etc. EDDI OSLO reserves the right to refuse delivery of items on the basis of fluctuation in stock, fluctuation in price, competitive conditions and all other causes. Discount Coupons are valid only in the relevant period which is stated. We reserve the right to disable discount codes at any misuse. If the package is not picked up by the customer and any kind of fee is added, the customer is responsible for the extra cost and will be charged all costs and expenses associated with the return-shipment. This includes freight charges, any extra payments, levies, return charges, any additional fee, etc.

 

7. Privacy Policy - This section is used to inform website visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service, the eddioslo.com website. If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation with this policy. The Personal Information that we collect are used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
