EDDI Ships - EDDI OSLO is currently only shipping orders in Norway, which will soon be expanded to other countries in the EU. “Pakke i postkasse” via Bring is currently used for shipping orders. Once your package is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email from our carrier, containing information with which you can track your order.
As we are a family owned business, your jewelry will be packed and shipped Friday-Sunday. An order made on a public holiday or weekend will be processed the following weekend after the public holiday.

All prices include 25% VAT. There are no customs duties or import duties, as all orders are sent from Norway.
EDDI Delivers - Products will be delivered in the manner and at the place indicated on the order confirmation from EDDI OSLO smykker. EDDI OSLO AS carries the product risk until your order has been received by you. Make sure to examine your delivery as soon as you receive it, to ensure the delivery is in accordance with your received order confirmation. For any discrepancies, defects or deficiencies after transport, please contact EDDI directly through our contact page.
