Returning EDDI OSLO jewelry

When can I return my item(s)? - In alignment with the 'cooling-off period', you have 14 days from the delivery date of your order to make an exchange or a return. You can request an exchange or a return of your jewel(s) in all the cases listed below:

  • The order is not what I expected.
  • The order is in poor condition.
  • The order received is not my size.

The return conditions are the following*:

  1. The product is undamaged,
  2. The product is unused other than for the purpose of trying on for fit,
  3. The product is complete including original packaging,
  4. The period is within 14 days of receipt.

How do I return my order? - To return your order, fill in the Return Form which is to be enclosed in your shipment. In this form you will also find the company address details. Further details and conditions for returns:

  • Once the courier company delivers the package to EDDI OSLO AS, after examining the product(s), you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount has been refunded or your product(s) will be replaced. In case of a refund, the refund will be reflected in your account in the same way you made your purchase.
  • The return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. 
  • Products that are returned later than 14 days will be sent back to you. 

 

* All return conditions have to be met for your return to be dealt with. If any of the return conditions is unmet upon arrival at EDDI OSLO, the exchange or return will not be carried out.
